2 What KreditXpense Is
KreditXpense is a manual personal finance bookkeeping tool that allows you to:
- Record and categorise your daily expenses manually.
- Track credit given to or received from other people.
- View summaries of your spending and outstanding credits.
All data in KreditXpense is entered by you. The application is a record-keeping tool ๏ฟฝ it does not provide financial advice, banking services, or investment guidance.
3 What KreditXpense Is NOT
KreditXpense is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, payment processor, or investment platform. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice.
4 Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use KreditXpense.
- You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use KreditXpense for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the application or its servers.
- Share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without consent.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of KreditXpense.
6 Limitation of Liability
KreditXpense is a personal record-keeping tool. We are not responsible for:
- Financial decisions made based on data recorded in the app.
- Errors in manually entered data.
- Data loss due to device failure, account deletion, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. As the app is under development, service interruptions may occur.
7 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the application evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of KreditXpense after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
